If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unmounted items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select 'Return Item' next to your order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the product in its original packaging. Ensure all manuals, accessories, and small parts are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item for original condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
